About youWe are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with patience and understanding to work with learners in a manner which gives them maximum choice and independence. You will have previous experience working with learners with learning disabilities, ideally within a classroom setting. We do ask that you have good literacy and numeracy skills to at least Level 2 (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths & English. A relevant qualification is essential for our Level 2 Learning Support Assistant position e.g. RQF/NVQ Level 2 in Teaching/Learning.What we can offer
