In addition to the above, we are offering a recruitment bonus of up to £5,000 for this role and relocation allowances can also be discussed.

Alongside excellent leadership skills, we are looking for an outstanding classroom teacher who will drive forward continued improvement in English across an expanding department. You will need to have the ability to inspire and develop both staff and students in order to raise standards and maximise potential. At BCA we are passionate about reading and are looking for someone who will share our commitment to improving standards of reading across the academy and continue to drive progress forward with the English department at the heart of this journey.
