Accelerate Teaching is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Leeds. This temporary position, commencing immediately and extending until July 2024, holds the potential to evolve into a permanent role, providing a rewarding and stable career pathway.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the classroom teacher, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with lesson preparations, facilitating group activities, and ensuring the well-being and engagement of pupils. This dynamic role provides an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills in education and contribute to the growth of each child in their formative years.

  • Relevant experience working with early years or primary school children
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Childcare or Education
